I am pretty confident this is a scam company.
Truley a bad company, save your money or do it yourself, hiring these fools is not the answer.
Also installed toilet incorrectly, causing a leak that ruined parts of the subfloor and damaged a large part of my basement ceeling. It does noy seem like they have any intrest in fixing the damage either.
Was not a very good experience, hired them too install carpetting and level the second floor too my house. I was told it would be a couple day project. The project ended up taking three weeks. They did not show for half the days sometimes they had a reason sometimes they just no showed after giving me specfic times they would come. There were many attempted shortcuts such as putting carpet right on top of the old carpet instead of the padding I paid for, gaps in flooring, putting baseboards back on incorrectly. A week later im still finding more issues. At this point im just fixing things myself. Trying too communicate with them was a nightmare and I really just dont want them in my house anymore. I would assume there working on too many projects at the same time. I did not appreciate that mine did not matter too them, especially at the high pricepoint. Dont let this company steal your money
REI replaced our flooring recently. It turned out awesome! The service was very professional and were able to complete the job in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the job that was done and would definitely recommend them for future projects. Thank you!

REI Renovations and their team did such an amazing job in such a quick timeframe, and did it all while being considerate of my work schedule. They were extremely friendly, skilled, and quick to get back to me first with my quote, and then all my questions after I decided to go with them. I will be recommended them to anyone I know that needs any type of work done. Thank you guys again!
